MY WEEKEND...... dining on no. 47

it was a very busy week for us and i also have to worked this weekend. but cant help prepare a nice dish for my hungry guy who is traveling for 5 hrs on a coach from wales.

FRIDAY:

lamb tagine and couscous

rich black chocolate cake with toasted almond flakes cherries and wipped cream.

SATURDAY:
carter's dish:


starter: grilled goat cheese on toast with onion marmalade



main: roast poussin and grilled vegetables
